27 April - Colour Blending Tapestry Weaving Workshop
In this tapestry weaving workshop for complete beginners to intermediate weavers, participant can explore the wonders of colour and blending. These beautiful weaving techniques allow you to create the most subtle of transitions of colour from dark to light or red to orange without any obvious line or shape. The blending technique can be used with other techniques like hatching threads together to create even more variations.
Participants will work on pre-warped frames, demonstrations will be given, all materials and equipment will be provided. There will be access to a microwave and fridge for participants use for their lunch if they wish.
